Mission Statement

To promote the common good and general welfare of Navajo Ranch, with the following goals set forth;
Act on improvement opportunities to maintain the common elements, protect and preserve the natural environment of the area, enforce any and all covenants and or restrictions, improve and monitor the maintenance of roads and parking areas, act within the laws without bias or prejudice, work toward the enhancement of safety and habitability of all properties within and bring about civic betterment and social improvements.

Attention: As of May 5, by order of the Huerfano County Board of Commissioners, Huerfano County has been placed under Stage 1 Fire Restrictions. Please see this document for further information.

“As a precautionary measure, due to the ongoing national health concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Navajo Western Water District office is closed to the public until further notice.   Payments for your water service may be placed in one of the drop boxes (one in the parking lot by the sidewalk or one just past the walk-in door), mailed to the office, or you can call in to the office and pay via a debit/credit card.   Following is the information for mailing or paying via telephone:

“In light of the current national health concerns (including COVID-19 and influenza A&B), there will be no HOA meetings scheduled until further notice. The election process for the Officer positions of President, Vice President, and Secretary will be implemented as soon as possible after the imminent concerns have passed.
